Joined Eckell Sparks in February of 2012. Prior to joining the firm, I was a partner in the Chester County law firm of DiGiacomo, Goldberg & Levin. I am a licensed practitioner in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and he practices throughout Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Lehigh, Lancaster and Bucks Counties and throughout the State of New Jersey. I have focused my practice on providing exceptional service to his clientele in the areas of businesses and commercial representation and general litigation, real estate and general counsel services. Prepare and negotiate commercial and residential leases and sales agreements, HUD-1 Settlement Sheets and prepare, negotiate and review numerous client-specific contracts. Represent retail businesses and commercial tenants/landlords regarding leases, daily business management, contracts, legal, operational and budgetary issues, strategic planning and policy development. Assisted in developing, marketing and distributing documentary entitled "Firepower For Freedom" Battleship USS New Jersey BB-62," a full-length documentary of the history of the Battleship USS New Jersey. Provided legal and business representation regarding opening of first five Sonic Drive-in Restaurants in Pennsylvania from inception and corporate formation through opening and on-going legal and business advice regarding operations, employment issues and development of new markets.

Developed and maintained marketing information system designed to track and monitor subscription information for all cable systems carrying C-SPAN throughout United States and abroad to provide marketing department with goals and market strategies. Initiated development of new reports and procedures manuals. Reviewed marketing policies and affiliate contracts and correspondence. Responsible for ensuring cable systems providing proper payment to C-SPAN for programming based upon subscription information reported.
