My parents have always told me a story about my first experience at the airport. I was only a couple months old, and they noticed something very strange about me. They noticed how whenever I saw people I would try to smile and wave to everyone at the airport. They noted how throughout my childhood I displayed the same behaviour. I was always very loud and I liked talking to people. Honestly, the best memories I have had were simply just conversations. I slowly learned that my love for communication was not because I just like hearing myself speak, but having the chance to really listen to people was the biggest privilege.Listening is the way I learn, adapt, and work with others. In the workplace, I exemplify this behaviour to a tee by listening to those that are around me, and I ask questions to better understand the things that I have heard. During my time in school, I display this behaviour as well. I will always listen to the feedback given by my peers to improve my work. I forever will be a listener, the lessons I have learnt from my parents, friends, and coworkers will continue to guide me throughout my life.
