As a lead teacher, I lead and mentor a team of teachers, design and deliver engaging and rigorous lessons, and foster a positive and collaborative learning environment. We have achieved impressive results in student achievement, retention, and satisfaction, thanks to our innovative and data-driven approach to teaching and learning.I am also expanding my knowledge and skills in the field of education and counseling by pursuing a master's degree in forensic mental health counseling at John Jay College (CUNY), where I learn from renowned experts and practitioners. I have a strong academic background, with two bachelor's degrees from Post University in criminal justice and legal studies, where I graduated with honors in 2021. I am skilled in curriculum development, classroom management, data analysis, and communication. I am committed to advancing social justice and equity in education and beyond.
