Provides accounting support to the General Manager, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and account and bank reconciliation.Assist the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.Use documents to verify, record and process transactions.Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and the payments are received in a timely manner.Communicate with customers to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.

Assist with the organization and processing of the annual liability insurance renewal process.Help with financial data entry and general bookkeeping.Manage data, records, and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information.Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.Prepare spreadsheets for data entry and accounting information.Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies, as necessary.Assists in receiving mail including organizing and processing of assigned AP invoices.
