Financial reporting and analysis• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting principles and standards.• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.2. Budgeting and forecasting• Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and identify areas for cost optimization.• Prepare financial reports and presentations for budget reviews, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and recommendations for improvement.3. Financial management• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available for operational needs and financial obligations.4. External stakeholders and audits• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.• Coordinate and provide support during financial audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of required financial information and documentation.• Address any audit findings or recommendations and implement necessary corrective actions.

1. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.2. Forecast cash flow positions and available funds and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet on going for project and operating expenditure.3. Maintain banking relationships.4. Manage the preparation of the company's budget.5. Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.6. Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.7. Oversee the extension of credit to customers.8. Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions.

1. Participates in the establishment of risk-based plans to determine the priority of internal audit activity consistent with the organizational goals.2. Perform and assists the Audit Manager in planning the audit engagement and in preparing the audit program including the audit procedures to be used.3. Familiarizes with the systems and procedures on the assigned audit area by reviewing its prescribed policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, previous years audit working papers including audit reports.4. Conducts audit field work based on the given audit assignments.5. Documents the audit work in an organized, accurate, and concise manner that clearly supports the conclusion regarding audit objectives.6. Prepares audit reports and observations detailing the findings and appropriate recommendations for review/approval of Audit Manager.7. Discuss or assist the Audit Manager in discussing the audit findings and observations.8. Coordinates with concerned auditee as to the date/venue of the closing meeting.9. Perform and assist the Audit Manager in the follow-up process.
