Managed each site’s leadership teams with a total of 13 direct reports and 225 full-time employees.• Developed business acumen of Portland leadership team, achieving 7.2% (2017) and 9.6% (2018) productivity year over year in a period of volume decline.• Led turnaround of Eugene site Safety culture with reduction in injuries of 72% in a single year through culture change and people first leadership.• Supported growth of So Delicious business through streamlined operations and capacity improvement, facilitating insourced co-manufactured volume driving $3.4M savings annually.• Instilled financial discipline in Eugene team to contribute to long term sustainable results, delivering productivity from -8.0% 2017 to +3.6% in 2018.

YoCream - Led the site producing frozen yogurt, sorbet, gelato, smoothie, and other similar products within Danone North America's Away from Home business unit. Responsible for a team of 7 direct reports managing a highly automated dairy processing facility and associated supply chain and represent Supply Chain in the YoCream brand team.

Responsible for directing facility producing pickles, peppers, and other similar products with an $85 million annual budget, full year plant population of 175 union members, and an additional 340 seasonal employees during an 8-month window. Led team of 8 Managers.• Developed and actioned against 3-year strategic design for facility. • Served as core team member for growth of business with significant new customer, achieving contract for $40M annual sales. • Negotiated 3-year union contract delivering over $2.25M over life of contract.
