I am an education policy professional with experience in improving access to quality education options for underrepresented students and communities. My career has included work primarily in policy analysis and program development. I have my B.S. from Indiana State University and M.A. in Education Policy from Loyola University Chicago. As a policy, research, and advocacy manager at Goodwill Education Initiatives, an affiliate nonprofit to Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, I work to open The Excel Center, an adult high school, in other Goodwill territories nationwide. I do this by researching and analyzing policies that impact adult learners, advocacy planning to improve local and state support, and being aware of current literature on adult education.
