In 2018, I worked two jobs during the summer: a lifeguard and swim instructor at a local pool and the second at Burger King. I spent two years (2018-2020) working at Burger King. I progressed from Team Member to acting General Manager (GM). I spent time there learning to communicate as a team and efficiently multi-task. As the acting GM, I scheduled inventories, managed hiring and firing, managed deposits to the bank balancing drawers, and received truck deliveries for products and contracted deliveries for bread products. In 2020, I joined the Army and served for over three years. I spent one year overseas, working as a partner to plan events to boost the team's morale. I moved up quickly through the ranks, earning a promotion to E-5 Sergeant before three years in service. I completed my bachelor's degree at Purdue Global University in May 2024. I started my Master's degree program with Capella Univeristy in July 2024. Begun as a financial advisor intern in August of 2024.
