My career began at SM Mart, Inc. – Head Office, where I gained hands-on experience in recruitment and data management. I also worked at Mundo Builders, Inc., where I led several HR system and process upgrades and deepened my expertise in Total Rewards, particularly in Payroll, Government Benefits, and BIR reporting.Currently, as part of Colas Rail Philippines, Inc., I oversee the end-to-end HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Services, Talent Management and Separation Processing. I also spearhead HR Digitalization efforts.
