During 2015, delivered equipment on 6 continents from Guam to Tanzania and from Brazil to Russia. The senior executive directly responsible for finance, HR, IT, audit, and accounting with five direct reports. Sold the company in an all-cash deal to a PE-backed investment group.

Underwrote, risk-rated, and managed an $800 million portfolio of existing bank clients. Played an integral role in the development of the client solution and the corresponding transaction structure. Underwriting for companies in the middle market included periodic reviews, SAC reports, and new money requests. As an Integration Advocate participated in training all legacy NCC employees in PNC risk rating practices and proper use of CCM. Actively participate in new business development activities by making calls with Relationship Managers. Participated in all internal and external meetings relating to the Relationship Plans for those clients within assigned portfolio. Special assignments include conducting 3-day seminar on PD/LGD procedures bi-annually for all newly hired credit analysts throughout the bank footprint.

Worked as a consultant helping companies develop optimal leverage structures custom tailored to fit organization goals. Promoted to Team Leader within two months and managed a team of 20 consultants. With partner Mike Leishman grew the company by begining advertising for 60 large apartment complexes in two cities to over 300 complexes throughout the state of Utah.
