As a Director with KPMG, I lead a team of professionals responsible for the staging of electronic data, conversion of electronic data, importing of data into a proprietary review platform, as well as producing (i.e. exporting) electronic data. I manage these processes while adhering to specified business rules. I lead a team of both local as well as international resources.

As a litigation consultant at Arthur Andersen, I worked closely with the clients to ensure that their data was properly loaded into the review tool being used. I constructed extremely complex queries based on client specifications and search criteria. I also supervised as many as 100 contract employees at one time to ensure the bibliographic data being captured was accurate and properly indexed.

As a litigation consultant working at Arthur Andersen (through Kelly Services), I prepped hardcopy legal documents according to client specifications, scanned the hardcopy documents to electronic images, captured the bibliographic data from the documents and prepared electronic load files for production. I was fully trained in the end-to-end process of producing documents. Eventually, I worked my way up to Supervisor.
