Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for making Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for client’s approval.- Prepare Material Traceablity Report, Flatness Inspection Report and Dimensional Inspection Report for each item before releasing in the fabrication shop.- Conduct dimension and flatness inspection after machining of the items.- Inspect weld preparation as per code and standards.- Visual inspection after weld of items, preparation for non-destructive test in fabrication shop.- Visual Inspection after installation of items at site.- Provide Field Inspection Form for client’s approval.- Submit Inspection request to the client.- Manage and monitor welder’s qualification test.- Inspect items after blasting, before painting and after painting.- Review approved drawings before installation of the items.- Inspect piping fit-up’s as per welding procedure specification.- Perform initial hydro test of pipes installed at site, for inspection and client’s approval.- Coordinate to site surveyor and check elevation and alignment inspection for all the item installed.- Organize toolbox meeting.- Witness Non-destructive test (DPI, UT & MPI) of fabricated items.- Inspect Gantry Crane’s Rail installation as per approved drawings and specification.- Conduct load testing Inspection for Gantry Crane.- Schedule Function Test of Radial Gate Hydraulic System- Complete all Commissioning Report of items installed and inspected at Job Site.

Quezon City, Manila, Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.- Responsible for making shop drawings and submit to the client for acceptance.- Inspect weld preparation.- Conduct hydro test after installation for client’s approval.- Monitor and update bill of quantities for commissioning.- Conduct toolbox meeting.- Submit RFI regarding of site condition and technical queries. - Monitor and update warehouse tools, equipment and materials.- Instruct and deploy personnel for their specific task.- Supervise personnel on their duties.- Submit daily progress report to the client and attend weekly meeting for the progression of the project.- Prepare weekly payroll for workers.- Estimate materials to be purchase for the execution of work.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Estimate and review drawings for materials to be delivered at site. - Mobilize and supervise workers on their given duties.- Meet schedule and monitor project progress.- Organize and submit purchase orders for materials need at the job site.- Prepare and submit shop drawings for the client acceptance.- Analyze and solve problem that might occur and inform to the foreman.
