I have spent my entire career in a customer-centric role. I take pride in the fact that I am the “face of the company” to my clients and do not take that responsibility lightly. I feel it takes a certain type of personality to want to be out in front of the customer helping them address pain points and recognize the ROI from my companies goods and services.I also think that this passion for customer service is the same whether I am acting as an individual contributor or leading a team big or small. Assisting my coworkers to find that fire is as much of a ‘professional rush’ for me as directly helping the customer.I take great pride in two particular skills that I have; I’m a quick study with all things technical and I have a knack to be able to translate that technical information and present it to others of varying technical aptitudes. It is a skill set that has come in very handy in all my various roles up to this point and it would be important for me to utilize those same skills in anything I might do in the future.Some of my specialties are process development, pre-sales consulting, team building, budget management, escalation management and project management.
