In my work, I actively bridge the gap between technology and business needs, prioritizing user empathy and business value to guide system design and optimization.In my previous role as a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Alerts Interfaces team, I worked to reduce toil and create a low-friction experience for users configuring New Relic monitoring.
