• Using current market data, conducts assesments of the competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs (i.e. health and welfare, 401K and retirement programs, salary structure, incentive comp programs) to ensure programs remain competitive to attract, retain and motivate employees• Provides support to Director, Total Rewards for all compensation programs including Salary Administration, Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP), Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP). • Prepares and conducts compensation surveys and analyzes results in order to determine their impact.
