What drives me most about real estate is the fun of it, the exciting part of exploring new potential properties and how I’m going to market my client’s current properties. Whether I’m introducing my clients to their next chapter or helping them close their last. I love to see the surge of joy and relief my clients experience in transitioning to new and exciting possibilities. Yes, there might be challenges, but solving them is my job. I have put in place, resources and solutions and will relentlessly persist to get obstacles out of the way so my clients can move on to that next exciting part in their life journey. Any obstacles that we encounter, I will relentlessly work to find either a solution or a work around to the problem. I have a career history of sales and negotiating, starting from when I graduated college from State University of New York, I worked sales in the garment industry in New York City and then furthered my sales career in Los Angeles, CA. I understand the value of perserveerance, and smart researched negotiating. The key is going in with a good understanding what advantages and disadvantages each party holds, and what they hope to gain. This helps in a win win deal that is most likely to conclude in a closed deal.I also hope that in the process, through my proven track record, that I will be the “go to gal” for any questions or curiosities about real estate (or life, I mean I’m not an oracle, but I can try).I also want to mention that I am a real estate addict, it gets me up in the morning. My magic sauce is putting in the work, and staying current on the market. I follow up and follow through with what I say I’m going to do, I also keep up on new listings, off market opportunities, and recognize oncoming trends. This is crucial during negotiations so that we have knowledge to get the most beneficial deal done. I treat your money as if it were my own, saving you money gives me a swelled head, really.
