My career objective has always been to be constantly challenged and to always feel passionate about the role I am undertaking, and I have been very lucky as I have had so many opportunities while working for the AMRTA. I enjoy being creative and innovative and thinking outside the box to find new solutions to current challenges, and working in the not for profit sector this has always been a challenge.I am currently employed as the Operations and Projects Manager for AMRTA, my key role is to drive and deliver strategic projects for the association, this role includes sourcing grant funding for projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget. In addition I oversee the management of the Visitor centers and Retail ensuring visitors to the region have a memorable experience while growing and developing income streams with in these units.
