I’m proud to have led my team through the COVID-19 pandemic and found creative ways to stay connected during the turbulent time. I have also worked closely with various board members at Limbach who serve on the audit, finance, compensation, nominating and corporate governance committees and attend both committee and board meetings.

As CFO, I was responsible for the finance, accounting, IT, legal, HR and IR functions and drove the company towards profitability through aggressive cost restructuring. I steered the company to raise over $300 million in capital through various types of equity offerings and secured term debt from Goldman Sachs. At Capstone, I worked closely with the Board’s audit, compensation, and nominating and governance committees, and attend both committee and board meetings. In this role and others, I gained extensive experience in cash optimization, controlling expenses, and leading efforts to raise capital.

CPA Global North America LLC is a privately held Intellectual Property (IP) services company owned by CPA Global Limited. CPA Global is the world’s leading IP management and technology company providing clients solutions for all intellectual property management needs including renewal services, software tools and portfolio management. Brooks reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for all accounting, finance, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, human resource and IT functions for three North American entities.

Kistler Aerospace Corporation was a privately held aerospace company developing a fleet of reusable aerospace vehicles, designed to deliver payloads to low earth orbit and provide a low-cost alternative to single-use launch vehicles. Brooks oversaw all accounting, consolidation and reporting functions of the parent company and two foreign subsidiaries. Brooks participated in seven Private Placement Memorandums, raising more than $350 million in equity, a high yield debt offering and an initial public offering in the US and Hong Kong.
