𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:★ Successfully created loan project plans, including establishing timelines and milestones. Maintained strict confidentiality of applicants' information, ensuring data security. Assigned loans to appropriate teams and effectively prioritized and managed workflow throughout the processing and approval cycle.★ Enhanced team organization and communication by implementing various strategies to improve team organization and communication; like assigning loans to the individuals based on their core competencies, allowing more loans to be processed, and improved customer satisfaction scores.★ Developed a comprehensive report to track loan status and next steps, facilitating efficient team coordination. Saved time in addressing issues later by having plans in place.
