His career spans working with high school athletes to helping clients lose thousands of pounds, showcasing his extensive expertise.Today, Jayme focuses on empowering fellow coaches, busy professionals, and high-level leaders to train, eat, and live with purpose, enabling them to excel in what truly matters. He believes that everyone has a mission, and high quality health and fitness makes you more effective on that mission.
