After the paperwork is complete I set the machine up to cut the material to the customer’s specific needs. I take out any defect that is visible so they are not sent to customers. While with Capri I have also assisted HR with projects, painted the conference room, and helped Kate Stryker with Item Validation. I previously held a bid in the quality assurance department. As a member of the QA department, I checked over and ensured the products we created were to our customers’ requirements. I completed specific tests for each process our products go through. In the QA department, I help enter the data we collect from reviewing the product and test we perform.

Human resource specialists consist of helping fellow soldiers process paperwork. The paperwork could be for promotions, awards, life insurance, in processing or out processing soldiers. We assist Officers, NCOs, and lower enlisted in any manner within our power. If we did not know answer or were not able to assist the soldier we would research until we had the proper response. We would get the soldier the information they needed by close of business.

As a department manager, I was responsible for assisting customers with their needs. I would help the customer find what they were looking for or suggest items that might be useful. Price changes would take place multiple times a month. I would ensure they were completed in a timely manner. Interviews took place weekly and as a department manager I oversaw this process. I would interview the potential employees and determine if they would be an asset to the company. If they were hired into my department I would personally train them to the company standards. I traveled on a team that assisted other stores in resetting floor plans as well as prep them for inventory.
