-Greeting and filling out forms for our Doctor's patients-Help in the frame selection process, making sure the frame fits the face as well as the prescription -Submitting insurance claims directly as well as performing transactions with cash, credit and debit-Tracing and edging lenses to fit in the patient's frame -Using a lensometor to help neutralize prescriptions and prep them for the edging process -Answering phone calls and booking doctors appointments -Organizing inventory in the back as well as merchandising the inventory in the showroom

Providing customer service to everyone that enters the bakery, by answering their questions, serving them our product and taking orders. Another task was decorating the cakes and pastries and making sure nothing was out past their shelf date.
