About Jayme Finley

Growing up, you would have never found me talking on the phone to anyone – it was a very daunting thing for me. Now, with two call-focused sales jobs under my belt and a new exciting role focused on business development and marketing underway, it’s crazy to think how far I’ve come.Every job I had growing up was setting me up for success in the sales profession without me even knowing. Years of retail and service industry experience allowed me to constantly meet and talk with new people, learn how to explain new products and services offered, and solve a multitude of problems for customers and clients. After a while, customer service became my second language and it brought me some amazing opportunities and experiences.Now, I get to amalgamate my educational background in marketing with my outgoing and people-focused sales attitude, as well as my love for the environment within my Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator role with the Waste Services Division of Ambipar Response. This opportunity continues to let me do what I love, including attending trade shows, working with clients, some marketing design opportunities, and working with a small but mighty team within a large, successful company.In 2023, I also started volunteering with the CLRA and am a member of their Networking & Events committee, which couldn't be a more perfect fit. Helping coordinate industry events and the annual conference brings my love of trade shows and event planning to the industry I love, and I am so excited to see where this opportunity will take me.
