Jayme Svendsen is a Senior System Engineer at Ecliptic Enterprises Corp.. Colleagues describe them as "During the summer of 2017, Jayme Goode worked in the Engineering Directorate on the Communications, Outreach, Multimedia, and Information Technology (COMIT) Contract, at NASA’s Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (JSC), under my supervision where engineering technical tasks were assigned. During that time, I developed a very high regard for Jayme based on the outstanding contributions that she made to our Contract, and the Engineering Directorate, throughout the summer. In fact, Jayme has been the most productive summer staff member that the office has employed during my 11-year tenure at NASA JSC. Ms. Goode exhibited a rare combination of speed and accuracy that has enabled her to produce a very high volume of work while maintaining very high standards for quality. In addition, Jayme displayed an impressive level of maturity, and work ethic with every assignment she was given. Staff has often said that "I can't believe that Jayme is only our Summer Intern, in her Sophomore year." Jayme was able to follow complex directions in a thorough and detailed manner and also worked very independently without close supervision when it was appropriate. Rarely did staff need to explain a process or procedure to Jayme more than once and she was particularly adept at learning computer applications. Jayme is organizational driven, who can work on multi-layered tasks and balance multiple projects concurrently. These qualities earned her more trust with our Engineer’s, and she was often given more technical tasks than typically trusted to our Summer workers. Jayme's upbeat demeanor and can do attitude brightened the office, and made her a very low maintenance employee. Her strong human relations skills enabled her to interface very effectively with many different constituencies including Corporate Management, NASA Civil Servants, and cross-contract employees. Jayme’s strong verbal and written communications skills allowed her to relay information in a clear and concise manner. Jayme is a naturally caring person with a strong helping orientation personality, who consistently demonstrated a solid service orientation towards our NASA Customers. As you can tell by now, I am quite impressed with this outstanding young woman and give her my strongest recommendation for Engineering roles which require intelligence, organization, communication skills, service, and a positive attitude.
