About Jayme Hewitt

Hey there, world! I'm Jayme Hewitt. I've got a knack for weaving together creativity and innovation with a dash of user-centric magic. My journey through product management has been anything but ordinary. It all started at Geocaching HQ, where I made the leap from the Community team to Product, driven by a burning desire to turn customer feedback into action. As a User Insight Analyst, I reveled in shaping user experiences and bridging the gap between community desires and product evolution.Fuelled by curiosity, I dove headfirst into product management, orchestrating the dance between user needs and business goals. A pause in my career for some invaluable "mom" time gave me a fresh perspective on work-life balance and family values.Returning with renewed vigor, I tackled the challenges of digital product development at Community Transit, spearheading initiatives and broadening my skill set along the way. As the Director of Production at Chaos Theory Studios, I brought this rich tapestry of experience to the table, ensuring projects came to life with seamless execution. My role isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about fostering collaboration, efficiency, and, above all, excellence within the production team. I'm on a mission to elevate the user experience and lead companies toward a collaborative development experience internally that really makes them shine externally.
