Each year, thousands apply, but only 120 are admitted, making reputation management crucial in drawing top-tier applicants. I implemented a multi-platform strategy, tailoring content to specific audiences. On Instagram, for example, our focus was on future and current students, inspiring the next generation of physician leaders. During this time I led faculty and alumni social media trainings, organized student takeovers and ambassador programs and positioned the school as a place where thought-leaders thrive growing our reputation in new markets across the southeast and midwest. One student engagement comment stood out: 'I love seeing your page highlight and celebrate the student body and show how we, as students, can be multi-dimensional people with various interests encouraged.'What sets me apart is I wasn't just a social media manager, I managed digital content including email and web content and crafted a strategic approach to how these touch points work together to build and inform the larger enterprise audiences. -
