My job is to act as a liaison between hotels and businesses helping to make the hotel booking process more efficient and cost effective for my clients. I handle everything from searching for hotels and negotiating rates to booking reservations and monitoring changes/tracking for companies across many industries. I work with each company to define long-term organizational strategic goals within their travel program, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and promote overall growth through current production and new business referrals.

I was in charge of recruiting financial representatives and interns for 4 office locations from area colleges and universities. I also worked on the training and development side with new hires.
