Currently a member of the Enterprise Reporting team at the Cotton On Group. My role within this team involves maintenance and development of both existing and newly created environments including the implementation and integration of a newly created data warehouse environment, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Qlikview, and Power BI.While working in my full-time role, I am also currently studying towards a Bachelor of Information Technology and Data Analytics at the University of South Australia.Prior to this opportunity, I began my Cotton On career as an IT Service Desk Analyst. This was a contact centre environment managing a variety of technical queries, including but not limited to, EFTPOS, Microsoft Exchange Management, retail operations, warehouse operations, server management, file recoveries and ADSL/VPN management.Moving to the End User Devices Specialist team at the Cotton On Group after 12 months on the Service Desk, my role was to collaboratively manage the software and hardware environments of Global Support Centres, Distribution Centres and Retail stores. Responsibilites included mobile device management and configuration, audio-visual setups, as well as supporting our executive team and their assistants. Prior to reaching the Cotton On Group, I was an in-store Tech Expert for Telstra Retail, Australia's leading telecommunications and information services company. In this role I was able to speak to customers at a face-to-face level, adapt to their needs and view any issues that they were experiencing.During my time at Telstra, I was awarded with the Tech of the Year award for FY16.I am passionate about the technology industry and always interested to connect and network with people in similar roles and companies.
