Responsible for providing complete customer service to two major accounts with the company. Responsibilities include: Communicating with customers by phone, e-mail or in person. I receive orders, work orders, and shipping orders and process them using in house software program. I control the flow of production or warehouse, based off the customer order and as directed by Supervisor. I take care of all aspects of the orders, including inventory of labels, cartons, stickers, and ordering based on supply and demand. Being accountable and very organized is crucial in my day to day process. I receive and process paperwork for inbound product to customer. Being self-sufficient, detail oriented is a key responsibility I have. It is critical in my job to provide correct paperwork, for my customer, the billing department, the production and warehouse teams. Shipping internationally on barges and so forth, a lot rides directly on my shoulders. I thrive on that. I also do data entry into Inventory Program, production database and excel reports, daily. I will also assist with other accounts or duties as needed to help the office as a team effort.

I am lucky enough to bring my artistic practice to Aki Kurose Middle school to teach the younger generation about what I do and also what is possible when it comes to art, and the many different techniques and styles they can use to pursue in the future. Most importantly teaching them how to enjoy art the way it is meant to be. No reservations. No boundaires.

I was responsible for all purchasing at the Hotel Murano's four star restaurant including alcohol and food services. I oversaw the restaurants needs and make sure we stay within budget while keeping a steady inventory for the chefs and events going on at the hotel. I filed all records as well as invoices from many different vendors. I was also responsible for checking prices on a weekly basis to further assist in cutting the budget and saving money.

I was certified on Class 3 stock picker, BC Battery Changer, and Class 2 Stock picker. My daily responsibilities included pulling orders for replenishment throughout the warehouse. I also pulled cases and oversize orders that can only be transferred by machine. Apart from that I was cross trained in almost all departments so if any departments were behind I was able to quickly come and help with no issue or training necessary.
