As a Commercial System Sales & Design professional at Jacco & Associates, I help design, procure, and support commercial HVAC products and services.I also have a background in operations and information technology in the education sector having served as the Director of Operations and the Director of Information Technology at Bedford City School District for six years. In these positions, I oversaw the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various initiatives and programs, such as marketing communications, help desk implementation, and team building. I hold a Masters Degree in Technology Leadership from Baldwin Wallace University, a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from The University of Akron, and certifications in Business Management and Educational Technology Leadership. Additionally, I love media production as one of my hobbies and earned a degree in professional photography. My mission is to leverage my expertise in HVAC, technology, and education to help create and maintain comfortable, safe, and sustainable environments. I have also been known to rollerblade across the State of Ohio for local charities 😅
