Tasked in 2006 with building Adobe a world-class global search marketing discipline from the ground up, centralizing operations to one WW agency partner in 2008 (through a global RFP) and then migrating everything 100% in-house in 2011.Built, trained, managed & mentored a 40 person in-house, global team to insource all aspects of Global Search Marketing (SEM, SEO, Site Search, Search Operations & Search Analytics):• Very close partnership with HR, Finance, Legal & Procurement.
