Current-Day-to-day operations of the day center including the implantation of policies and procedures, admissions and discharges of participants, the safety and protection of participants.- overall planning, development, organization, and progressive direction of the operations.-creating skilled documentation on all participants to track progress and care.-creating marking strategies to increase clientele.-create a streamline of communication between the program and participant’s family to ensure quality of care and attentiveness.-creating schedules of staff and participants to follow state regulations and guidelines. -Provide hands-on care to participants to ensure safety.-marketing and community outreach
