Hi, my name is Jaymie McWilliam I am 19 years old and live in Euroa, Victoria. I love makeup. My dream is to become a multi-skilled professional beautician, hair and specialist make-up artist. I’d like to work with a cosmetic company like Mac or L’Oréal and applying makeup, advising customers about the most suitable products and selling products to gain product knowledge. Then later move on to designing and applying makeup on models and bridal parties, preparing their skin for makeup, applying makeup, giving advice about makeup when needed and maintaining makeup during photo/film shoots. I’d also hope to one day expand into the film industry and do more for the special effect such as ageing, injuries, bruises, scars, wigs, false beards, masks and artificial body parts to create the required look for a character. I am currently undertaking my Diploma of Screen & Media (Specialist Makeup Services) with Minerva College, and hope to further my skills and continue learning about the forever growing makeup industry.
