My role centers on guiding the vision and execution of new technologies, particularly through integrating AI to revolutionize our product offerings.Key Responsibilities:• Product Leadership: Direct the vision and development of our data integration products, enhancing existing offerings and pioneering new solutions that meet evolving market demands.• AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI across our product suite, including the implementation of generative AI-based smart features in our data pipeline builder, significantly enhancing user efficiency and capability in building data solutions.• Expansion of Data Functionality: Spearhead the development of new features that enable users to create AI-driven solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), through a no-code approach.• Technology Modernization: Lead efforts to modernize our technology stack, ensuring that our development processes are aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure that product strategies align with overall business objectives, fostering synergy and efficiency across the organization.• Team Development and Mentoring: Build and lead high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.• Stakeholder Management: Manage key relationships with business analysts, vendors, and partners to enhance product visibility and support the company’s strategic goals.
