I am a graduate of Temple University from the Fox School of Business. I was a Marketing Major and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. My GPA was 3.49. I made the Dean's List for the Spring 2014 semester and Fall 2015 semester. I graduated from Methacton High School in 2012. My senior year, I received the President’s Education Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence. I was also on the Honor Roll every semester of high school.I am a very creative person. While attending Temple University, I took a Infographic class, a Smartphone Photography class, and two advertising courses. In high school, I took a total of eleven art classes, consisting of: Computer Art, Drafting, Drawing and Design, Painting, Photography, Ceramics, and Studio Art. My goal is to merge my business background with my creativity.I also earned the Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite. I am trained in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD, and I am familiar with Inventor. In high school, I completed Computer Art 1 and 2 and Drafting 1, 2, and 3 where I learned to use those programs. I am also trained in the use of Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and Excel.

I used my management skills to create a detailed daily plan, which employees followed when opening and closing the store. I observed the employees and gave critical feedback of their customer service skills, time-management skills, and their work ethics. I then delegated tasks among the employees based on their skills. I managed the schedule and made sure the employees were given an equal amount of hours to work every week. I actively engaged and communicated with the employees. For example, I would ask their opinions about what products were best sellers. I led through example by taking the initiative to assist customers when the employees were busy serving others. One day, I stopped the by No Fly Zone on my way to lunch and the employees were overwhelmed by a large crowd. Even though it was my day off, I began to wait on the customers to help ease their workload.
