CurrentI am a departmental leader on the Global Partnerships executive team, serving as a trusted advisor on partner programming strategy, analytics development, and partner systems technology. I influence strategic decisions and drive organizational alignment throughout Braze.- My primary focuses include building comprehensive global partnership experiences, optimizing partner revenue operations, CRM systems, and developing tactical analytics. Additionally, I lead and foster the profession al growth of a high-performing global team that is driving operational excellence and innovation across Braze’s global Technology ISV, Reseller, Co-seller, and Services Ecosystem.- I own the divisional P&L, procurement, and strategic direction for all global partner systems, including the Partner Portal (PRM) and other collaborative partner ecosystem tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner needs.- I manage global partner program operations, ensuring tiering, requirements, Partner education , Partner Marketing and program benefits are tracked and upheld while continuously optimizing the Braze partner experience for efficiency and effectiveness.- I drive the development and adoption of key performance metrics across all Partners, providing actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making and program optimization.- I lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Brand, Education, Success, Product Marketing , RevOps, FP&A, Salesforce Administration, Product and Engineering to align partner initiatives with company goals and drive seamless execution.
