My journey is certainly an unusual one. Despite leaving school early and facing numerous challenges, including battling addiction, homelessness, and mental health issues, I managed to transform my life in remarkable ways. I transitioned from a hopeful rockstar, to teacher and youth worker to a councillor and eventually the Mayor of my town, and being entrusted with the duty to proclaim a new King after the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.A story of inspiration, highlighting the power of resilience, hard work, and personal growth.
