Manage, lead and supervise one mechanic and two apprentices/helpers on the following projects:• Ridgewood Medical Facility – new construction consisting of three operating rooms, pediatrics and patient care facilities and reconstruction of connected bank; install new 480- and 208-volt services for various Doctor’s offices; new elevator install, site lighting and HVAC systems, including installing rooftop units and fans all controlled by Carrier Comfort Network System; and provide as builds upon completion.• Women’s Mammography Center, Flemington, NJ – facility renovation for installation of new MRI and X-ray rooms; installation of new 480-volt service specifically for new MRI; installation of transformers and wiring though RF filters for MRI lighting and receptacles; installation of shunt trip breakers in line with emergency stop mushroom buttons for both MRI and X-ray rooms; installation of L.E.D. sky light in MRI room with non-ferrous materials; various pipe runs for Toshiba supplied wiring as per specifications; installation of relays and contactors for emergency exhaust fans with dual control locations; EMT and PVC installs ½” to 5”; and provide as builds upon completion.

Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits, motors and equipment. Proficiency in a variety of electrical concepts, practices, and procedures. Manage and lead the work of various helpers. Handle troubleshooting and service calls including:• Oradell Police Department – install state-certified emergency response system comprising of three 60 foot speaker towers (4 speakers each) with individual power feeds and deep cycle battery backup; control panel and antenna system installed at station• Carrier Corporation – installation of new computerized HVAC remote control system for Valley National Bank, including control modules for every floor and communication wiring throughout for an addressable system; terminations completed on all ends including control wiring and line voltage• Englewood Hospital – manage the electrical installation of a new state certified OR; running EMT for line voltage and emergency back-up power for OR and new lasers; all as per NEC• Becton Dickenson: installation of disconnects with variable speed drives for compressors; various service calls for lighting modifications, new receptacles and transformers.

Supplier of skilled trades people for project-based labor to its customer base, including:• Newitt Electrical – Greenbrook Country Club, N. Caldwell, NJ: installed various indoor and outdoor lighting; exposed EMT for locker room and emergency lighting; complete overhaul of existing electrical; installed new service for commercial building with approx. 10 tenants• Iovino Electric – Doral Forrestal Conference Center & Spa, Princeton, NJ: wired motor controls with variable speed drives; rebuilt existing contactors; set up control wiring with outside sensors; Church of Jesus, Paramus, NJ: installed sophisticated Barbizon lighting system consisting of Unison LCD remote stations with DMX Opto-splitters and plug-in stations; put in dimmer control tower made up of (76) 20A dimmable circuits, (12) 20A relay circuits, (8) 15A constant circuits bridged with a 10 circuits dimmer rack, all fed by disconnect; terminations carried out on all ends; all home run circuits through 1¼ EMT runs per NEC; wired all lighting including two-foot pendant light on vaulted ceiling and basement lighting; set up fire alarm system to include horn strobes and emergency assistance buttons; wired boiler controls, relays and various electrical panels.• Tek Electric – wiring various cooling towers, service calls, troubleshooting; installation of booster transformers in Delta and Delta Wye as needed, including 208/480 transformers of various KVA; service changes, both secured and live line voltage, when necessary.

Install, maintain, modify and repair electrical wiring systems, related switches, distribution panels and receptacle boxes, as well as a variety of electrical fixtures; install new residential and commercial services including all branch circuitry; wiring of single/three-phase motors and magnetic starters for machinery with multiple controls; EMT, liquid tight and galvanized pipe installation; pulling and installing 4/0 wire to panels; retro-fitting lights with new reflectors, connectors and ballast; HVAC wiring and troubleshooting.

Installation of sophisticated audio/visual equipment utilizing CAT-5, coaxial, 2-, 4- and 16- conductor shielded cables for controlling keypads; installing all cables as home-runs and all branch circuitry to main control panel; pre-mounting of outlet boxes; in-wall channeling as well as template cut-outs for in-wall speaker mounts; and all other electrical installations.
