So far I've received at least six certificates of excellence, two "smile" awards, two safety excellence certificates, and a award for "division operator of the quarter." I've received multiple awards for safe driving for well over 100,000 miles.On evenings, I transported disabled riders for public transit. Responsibilities include extreme attention to driving safety, navigation across the greater Los Angeles Area in a timely fashion (which means I'm usually the one to ask about side streets), working closely with the public and working with irate riders.We are a Teamsters shop. I was a shop steward from 2012 until 2016. Tasks included filing grievances, meeting with management to settle disputes, and negotiations of the 2014 contract. Show less
