CONCH Studios is a full-service, boutique entertainment studio savvy to the new media landscape.- Overseeing daily operations, including financial and legal diligence- Contributing to the post-production and distribution strategies of a social documentary and web series, as well as several script development deals- Strategizing on the creation of film fund to develop future media projects- Representing the company and its projects at networking opportunities in Europe and North America

• Overseeing daily and long-term operations, including management of budget and staff• Advancing and developing the program, through: Evaluating faculty performance and course curriculum Researching competition in Israel and around the world Marketing through strategic partnerships and social media Searching for relevant scholarships and sources of funding for the program’s continuing growth• Ensuring students utilize the full resources of the program for academic and professional gain, through: Coordinating course logistics and schedules with faculty Creating opportunities for professional development, in Israel and around the world Maintaining a database of more than 100 alumni around the world Incorporating student feedback to improve courses, guest speakers, and the program at large • Managing the admissions process, including but not limited to: correspondence with potential applicants; research sources of external scholarships; administration of online application system; evaluation of applicants' credentials • Evaluating performance with program staff and colleagues from the University's international graduate programs• Developing the first marketing campaign and representing the University’s English-language programs in Brazil and Uruguay, as part of an international marketing campaign targeting universities and communal institutions, March-April 2014

• MAKOM is an initiative between the Jewish Agency for Israel and North American Jewish communities to create new educational and programmatic models for Jews in Diaspora and Israel to connect with one another • Acquiring new content for a collaborative website with Haaretz newspaper, featuring holistic viewpoints of current events, perspectives from various ideological backgrounds, and opportunities for users to respond• Developing and editing a multi-session dialog for North American Jewish communities to engage issues affecting Israel, Israelis, and relations with Diaspora communities.

• Coordinated opportunities for Taglit-Birthright Israel past participants on Washington, DC-area college campuses• Collaborated with Hillel campus professionals and student leaders in promoting Taglit-Birthright Israel and running orientation sessions for upcoming participants• Co-managed the DC Metro Taglit-Birthright Israel Alumni Association, with over 3,400 members• Reported on alumni activity for the Birthright Israel Foundation and Jewish Federation of Greater Washington • Assisted the Israel on Campus Coalition of Greater Washington on campus initiatives and student leadership• Supervised local recruitment and admissions for a post-college service-based program in Israel, and was responsible for renewing the scholarship grant • Directed a team of staff from various age-based entry points to coordinate efforts and create an agenda with Israel at its center for the Greater Washington Jewish community
