As the Marketing Director, I created and directed print and digital marketing efforts for five retail boutiques. Duties included photography, videography, video and photo editing, graphic design, retail location signage, website architecture, SEO optimization, product creation, shipping procedure creation, Shopify tutorials and manual creation, Lightspeed inventory training manual creation, POS creation, email marketing, social media content creation, Google and social media ad campaign creation, marketing plan creation and analytics reporting.As a freelancing website architect, I created websites for wedding and commercial photographers, drop-shipping brands, marketing companies, and food delivery services. Duties included design consultation, creation of the wire-frames, pages, menus, as well as, SEO optimization, software and social media connection. At the USGS Astrogeology department, the educational displays through the building and in the visitor learning center were completely read done throughout the entire building. Floor to ceiling displays were created to depict different science topics surrounding Astrogeology. Duties included envisioning use of space in an aesthetically pleasing display, collecting images from NASA image archives, retouching and resizing images, graphic design, printing designs on canvas, and hanging backdrops and printed displays. Additionally, I created an interactive science exploration exhibit, complete with an accurate to scale asteroid for guests to sit on. I participated in a full-time service mission for 18 months. During which, my duties included studying religious materials, learning American Sign Language (ASL), teaching new missionaries, planning training events, recording and reporting results, creating lesson plans and teaching materials for recipients of all ages, performing physical service projects and learning the needs of others. All that I have learned in school and in various experiences, has brought forth my incredible opportunities and I hope will cultivate more to come.
