• Led cross-functional team of paralegals and Operations managers in completing an extensive overhaul of Covad’s regulatory complaint process resulting in a more streamlined and efficient procedure for handling formal.
• Supported Senior Counsel for the Southeast Region in efforts to protect interests and advocate position for the company in the regulatory arena
• Validated and maintained source documents with current rate and operational data for 10 states and 3 ILECs; also responsible for communicating changes to that data in a timely manner to other departments within Covad.
