Responsible for the entirety of the on-air product at Curtis Media's WBBB/Radio 96.1 in Raleigh, NC. After 8 years at the helm of a successful Mainstream Rock station (96rock), I helped lead the transition to a Variety Hits format that made the station one of the consistent market leaders. This included vaulting the station to a ranking of #1 with Adults 25-54. Responsibilities include writing all station imaging; production on Adobe Audition and VoxPro; developing campaign and commercial concepts for current and future clients; writing and voicing endorsement campaigns; creating and executing contesting and promotions; hosting a daily afternoon drive show; hosting events and remotes, including many charitable events; interpreting and applying research; scheduling music logs on Selector software; social media and mobile/text marketing.

After only months on the job as Music Director, was promoted to interim Program Director of heritage AC station in Market #4 at age 24. Led an incredible team of professionals that included afternoon host Ryan Seacrest. Nominated for Billboard Magazine's Music Director of the Year/Major Market.

After 6 resilient submissions of a resume and aircheck, I was hired to host weekend overnights on the leading AC station in Syracuse. Within months, I was hosting daytime shifts. Upon graduation, I hosted overnights full time. In less than a year, I was promoted to evenings and eventually afternoons and Assistant Program Director. In addition to my responsibilities at Y94FM, I was instrumental in the launch of Hot 107.9. Nominated for The Gavin Report's Music Director of the Year.

As Program Director of one of the highest regarded student-run college stations in America, I secured a grant for the station to transition from an outdated index card music selection system to Selector, so that students could learn the most current real world skills. Under my tenure we executed a promotion I created called "Get A Clue", in which we gave away a trip at its culmination.
