His latest venture (Tech Army - ISO 9001:2008 firm) offers IT Consulting, BPA, Custom Software Development, and Staffing Services. His firm(s)' clientele includes Fortune 500 and public-sector entities.Jay has been serving the industry for 30 years. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology, Advanced Management Education from Kellogg School of Management, and Finance for Senior Executives from Harvard Business School.His companies have won coveted awards, including NMSDC’s Crystal Award in 2009 and again in 2024, FSMSDC's MBE to MBE Award, Greater Miami Chamber's Top 100 MBE 2009-2011, and FSMSDC’s prestigious “Supplier of the Year” (2008, 2012, 2016 and 2023).He received the “Champion Award” from FSMSDC.
