My Job Roles include:* Daily Planning and Monitoring of Production of various Coil grades according to the Customer requirements and priority at HSM,CRM(HAPL,CAPL & FINISHING LINE)* Comparison of actual output with set targets and analyzing the causes of deviation (if any) and suggests corrective actions.* Making Capacity planning basis on availability of Machines/ Work center.Inventory control: Liquidation of non-moving inventory and maintaining WIP & FG inventory stock reports.* Work with Operations, sales & dispatch departments to coordinate prioritize orders.* Proactively identify opportunities to improve overall performance (downstream processes & functions)* Job Scheduling for different types of products based upon orders in hand.* Manage & monitor the delivery performance, execution of plan & maintain inventory level.* Non-moving stock offer to marketing for order requirement.* Prepare daily (MIS) reports, & monthly reports.* To plan the production schedule in consultation and coordination with marketing as well as Logistics so as to minimize any production delay at our customer’s line.* Prepare Order Wise Reconciliation Statement for all Export/Domestic Orders & also accordingly ensure Correct Orders for Complete deliveries in timely schedule.
