Reiki - I began my journey with reiki in late 2006 and have progressed to the Master level and have worked on many people and animals along the way. Reiki is a daily part of my life and has been found to be greatly beneficial. Animal Communication - I've been an active student of animal communication/telepathy since around 2004. Once you've opened up the fascinating world of this type of communication, it will change your life! I have do private consultations on occasion.

Managed teams of technical phone representatives in a fast-paced environment. Trained incoming technicians, mentored and guided experienced technicians toward maximum results, provided specialized training, and evaluated technicians through written annual reviews.

Provided administrative support to pipeline teams to enhance their ability to maintain and repair the oil and gas pipelines and manufacturing facilities. Duties included negotiating contracts with sub-contractors; implementing, using and training others to use the SAP accounting system for purchase orders and accounts payable purposes; processing expense reports and maintaining complex spreadsheets. After creating step-by-step user guides for the new accounting system, I was asked to travel to several of their other sites in California to teach their teams how to navigate the screens and to help organize their offices to become more efficient.
