Experience with reports processing, including two years working remotely, before joining the Data Validations team. Part of the Digital Customer Care team from June 2018 onwards, assisting the customer in their journey via live chat and social media.

Responsible for stock control, replenishment and rotation, within the chilled and fresh meat departments, as well as the homewares department. In direct contact with customers, so good product knowledge was important. While working in the fresh meat department, it was necessary to be able to recognise the various cuts by sight whilst assisting the butchers with packing, and to prepare fish according to customer request. Tasks within the homewares department included replenishment, with some cashier work on the Music & Video desk.
