I am responsible for leading a team of highly skilled specialists within our global corporate underwriting services department. My team covers UK local policies for many lines of business as well as freedom of services solutions. Daily I drive quality and timely performance always considering customer requirements above all else. As a team we proactively raise and discuss "problems"daily and create innovative solutions to improve delivery to our customers.
