In addition, I also teach continuing education each year to Mortgage Loan Officers who need to renew their NMLS licenses. I teach both via the web and classroom settings. I work closely with my clients and help them to look at the options that are available to them in order to meet their goals whether it is to purchase or refinance their home. I will work closely and communicate with their respective Realtor, Escrow, Attorney, or CPA depending on the situation. Communication is key and I will keep all parties aware of each step along the way and will do my best to overcome any obstacles or road bumps along the way. I build relationships with my clients and I do not look at them as just a number. I have been in this industry since 1984 so I have a lot of experience underneath my belt!

I work very closely with first-time homebuyers to review options available to them to help them get into a home of their own by using down payment assistance and in some cases closing cost assistance as well. I also love to help our veterans as well to purchase or refinance their homes. As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, I can work closely with couples and their attorney's when preparing the paperwork when real property is involved. It's important to understand how a lender will look at your divorce decree and when they will allow you to use alimony and child support as income. I then moved into loan processing and then underwriting and managing the Employee Home Loan Department.After relocating to the Antelope Valley I began processing and training in underwriting FHA mortgages. I then received my Direct Endorsement from HUD to underwrite FHA loans. I also became certified by PMI to provide First Time Homebuyer training.
