Founded in 1999 the Interlogix group is a provider of Project Management and Logistic services. It has served a primarily blue-chip client base; oil and gas, petrochemical and mining metals and heavy lift sectors. We opened our Johannesburg office in 2008 and our Walvis Bay Office in 2012. In 2019 we completed our expansion in Namibia adding 3600m2 of concrete yard to expand our working area (Pictured above at Sunrise). The Interlogix group is dedicated to innovation and excellence in the provision of a full range of technical and project management skills – from procurement, planning, implementing and start-up – to assist clients in developing new routes and avenues, as well as effectively applying new ideas to upgrade and expand existing ones.Its three Offices - Durban, Johannesburg and Walvis Bay – give clients access to a wide range of resources within the Sub Saharan area, providing flexibility and skills to execute demanding and complex projects in some of the most remote locations in Southern Africa.

· Quoting on all consol, full load and dedicated loads to the countries above. Fully offay with weight/cbm or deck space whichever the greater.· Extensive customer liaison.· Managing and instructing staff on a daily operations basis.· Load planning of consolidation loads/full loads and dedicated loads to all the countries above.· Placing of vehicles loading directly from suppliers.· Arranging of collections Gauteng/Durban/Cape Town or from wherever required within RSA.· Extensive knowledge of weight distribution and gross weight capacities of trucks.· Negotating rates with subcontractors.· Route planning of loads.· Consolidating cargo in warehouse for key accounts, processing involved SADC certificates and tariffs.· Extremely offay with export docs incl. SAD500/ X/E / RIT / AND RIB docs.· Generating SADC Certificates· Preparing manifests, road consignment notes and freight statements.· Extensive knowledge of hazchem cargo / EMA.· Extensive knowledge of permit requirements into African countries.· Extensive knowledge of import requirements into all SADC countries.· Extensive knowledge of import requirements into all Common Customs countries.· Solving customs problems at various borders.· Pre-alerting and obtaining duty confirmation from countries of import.· Pre-alerting import agents that cargo is en route.· Extensive geographical knowledge of all African countries.· Problem solving and customer negotiations.· Customer visits for marketing and customer relationship building.
